There are men who are going to stare and leer at women no matter what they wear, depending on what "they were given" - the women, that is. I have known many girls who dress as frumpily, matronly, or slovely as possible, yet still have guys staring holes in them.

How often do women stare at your package? Do men stare? Or maybe I am assuming wrong, perhaps you have a lot of junk in your trunk? Supposedly Milton Berle had the same problem, which would explain that smile he had... |

Agreed. Women need to wear what is comfortable and what they like. The rest is a male problem. A built man in a tank top and shorts doesn't cause women to turn into pigs. Women keep it in their pants in public. Men should too.
To wit, carry on, ladies. |

This is pretty untrue. Women are every bit as leering and lustful as men. |

heh heh. just kidding. no one is really staring.
Unless of course I'm in the men's urinal...why do Korean men insist on checking out the foreigner's package?
I hate that little lean-over Korean men often do in the men's bathroom! |

Everyone talks about this, and because of this I keep expecting it to happen. But in two years it never has. |

Back to the original topic, yes, I saw a guy a Noksapyeong about a year ago.
I was coming up the long escalators, and he was standing at the top as I was coming up toward him, jerking off. I starting yelling at him in order to catch anyone's attention (there were often cops around the station then) and he ran off.
Wish I'd had a camera phone ready.
Oh, yes, but I was wearing a knee-length skirt and high heels, so I must have brought it on myself... |

Does this also include men dressing up as women and women dressing up as men? |

Who said or even implied that? I'd really like to know.
Of course there are men that will always leer, stare, etc no matter what you are wearing. However, if you are wearing a mini-skirt and a wonder-bra with a lop cut tank top, I would imagine that many, many more when will do so than if you were wearing, say, a sweater.
Using your logic, I might as well smoke 3 packs a days, cause, hell, even non-smokers get lung cancer sometimes.

What in the world would make a 15 year old boy a pervert. Screwed up home life or a transference of his sexual desire to fetishes maybe. Maybe he got molested by his mini skirted mother, and now takes out his anger on as many miniskirted women as he can. |

How fat? As Jguru has noted, sometimes a chunkier Korean woman is considered slu tty in Korea. Like "well, no man will want to marry you so you must be open and read to my advances." |
