I'm looking for websites and web resources using this type of methodology. I don't want theory per se but actual "hands on" tips, techniques and activities for use in the classroom. Also, the names of any resource books using this technique would be helpful. Many thanks.

Thanks very much. That's a great list of resources you've put together there. About that book, Keep Talking, what would you say is the target age range? Elementary, middle and/or high school? Or strictly for adult students?

Adult, but many of the activities could be adapted to different age groups.
