I majored in English and have approx. three years of teaching experience; two years in Canada as a tutor (I'm not a certified teacher here.) and just over one year in Korea. I wonder what kind of salary I should be asking for above and beyond what I was making, which was standard fare (2.2mil monthly in a hagwon doing about 100 hours) when I head back to the ROK.

Your teaching experience can get you more, but they don't appreciate paying you more.
