Old duke couldn't believe his luck.
As the most important, influential, alpha male of the community- owning sheep as well as cows- he had secured his rightful place as babysitter to the exotic young princess. He would do all he could to help this innocent lamb climb the ladder of success

That doesn't look Deep South.

That looks more like Montana or something - gloves, wrangler jeans, long mustache, cowboy hat.

If you want the South...it's gotta have NASCAR!

This chick better be hot. I can't think of any other reason I'd refer to a bitch like that as my friend.

Wow, it is very enjoyable to read the results of everyone's imaginations!

OK, maybe I better put it into better context. This chick is actually one of the coolest people I've met in Korea... but she is still a typical Korean girl... She isnt, like, super sexy hot... but she has a pretty face and is definitely cute and more importantly she is sorta charming and charismatic herself. Its almost a given that everyone who is reading this forum would like her if they met her.

But, in the same way, and perhaps because she is a good people person, she can be pretty manipulative... getting people to buy her dinner, do what she wants, etc etc... Once again, another cultural difference; sucking up and mooching and incorporating favors into regular friendships is openly acceptable in Korea whereas it is not in the USA (despite that there are still "mooches" in the USA. We have a word like mooch to confirm its not OK to be a mooch). And I think that's why Korean girls care so much about their appearance... because if they are cute, then they can build relationships. If they can build relationships, they can get favors.... But this causes supernormal concern with appearance... hence the plastic surgery and insecurity.

In some ways, she is sorta like alot of foreigners you meet in Korea.. .she doesnt care as much about having the stereotypical life people in her own country have... she wants to travel, have many great experiences, etc etc... She is one of the few Korean people I've met here I could have an objective conversation about politics, culture, etc etc without ending up with that strange awkward silence at the end... So, in short, she is cool.

Having said that,.... For me, its kinda funny to see what happens when she goes to where I came from. I remember all the initial culture shocks and things that I experienced when I first came to Korea.... and now its like observing opposite land.
