Hey guys,

Just wondering if anyone knew where to buy slimfast (or something similar) in Korea??? I reckon they must have something out there. I would really like to get it in powder form. So if anybody knows, please let me know.

Thanks.

Wouldn't exercise and dieting be cheaper?

Slimfast isn't a substitute for exercise and diet; it's a complement for those. I seem to recall seeing either Slimfast or something similar (another brand) in either HomePlus or E-Mart last week.

I assume the constant feeling of wanting to puke after drinking it keeps you from eating too much the rest of the day?

hi.

You can buy Slimfast in the Hannam Supermarket (the open stall, just on your left as you enter the place. They usually have the three basic flavours (strawberry, cho., vanilla) in powder (or pre-made cans sometimes) for about 12,500 a go. Not cheap, but if it works...!

Not sure about Korean alternatives.

To the OP....I don't know anything about you or your weight/fitness issues but believe me when i say Slim Fast is not the way to go. It will only serve to slow down your metabolism and lead you down the path of yo-yo weight fluctuations. The only way to TRULY lose weight in a healthy, progressive manner is through a complete overhaul of your diet and exercise regimen. Small meals throughout the day coupled with a systematic workout schedule is where it's at.
This thread is a good start:

Seriously, Slim Fast is a scam that will only hurt you down the road.
