My school district has hired a real liteny of nutters and what's funny is how to us relatively sane waygooks they have such obvious mental health problems, but to Koreans it takes ages for them to figure it out.

Maybe if certain Koreans learned to check references properly they'd stop getting the waygooks they deserve.

Maybe the Korean never encountered a waygookin?

Or more likely the Korean already knows or employs waygooks who could look through his pile of CVs and identify what's obviously BS and make a few international phone calls, but won't because it may show that he doesn't really know best.

Well, you have a situation where recruiters need to make a quick buck and the schools are often desperate to get a teacher, so they end up getting some young kids who have no idea about life, are kind of weird, and then many end up doing some midnight run.
