I thought the wrestling match we had on your bed a month ago was enough. Why are you so demanding? Why?

Mate I love you, but our monthly homosexual sessions for an hour each time just will not work to reduce the gut.

I need to lose a few myself, although I'm not in Seoul so can't join you. Here's a link to the transformation page at bodybuilding.com. It's where people losing weight tell everyone how they did it and document their weight loss with before, during, and after pictures.

20 pounds shouldn't be a problem as that would be about 1.5 pounds a week.

i've lost about 40lbs in the past year and a half. i cut out all sugars, and then reintroduced them, but very reduced. one sugar serving a day. that includes fruits, juice, candy, choco, baked goods. everything with sugar in it, naturally occuring and refined. otherwise i made no changes to my lifestyle. so if you do that and throw in some exercise routine, you can drop quite a bit. me thinks.

I can lose 5 kilos in about 4 to 6 weeks, if I put my mind to it, and exercise at least 3 times per week. I've done it twice.

Here is what I did:

1. Stopped eating candy bars/chocolate
2. Ate only half-sized meals. I would save the other half for the next meal.
3. Exercised at least 3 (but trying for 4) times per week. It's best done in the morning after a very light breakfast (like an orange). You need that small food to help get your digestive process moving early. That burns more energy through the day.
4. On the day you exercise, you MUST include at least 20 to 30 minutes of walk/jog/or run cardio work on the treadmill. Try for 30. This step absolutely cannot be forgotten. 20 to preferrably 30 mins of cardio is a must. Follow that with 30 mins of weightlifting for toning. Don't skimp on that, either. Worked-out muscles burn fat while recovering.
5. Stay away from cola, ice cream, and beer. Don't "graze" between meals, unless it's veggies.
6. Drink skim milk, and avoid cheese.
7. Drink water all of the time. I carry one around.
8. Don't eat after 7pm, if you can at all help it.
9. Stay away from breads.
10. Eat lots of chicken (not fried) or fish for good protein.

Follow these steps, and don't cheat, and I guarentee you absolutely WILL lose weight. It's all about the calories you put in your pie hole and how much you burn off through exercise. If you cheat and eat stuff you shouldn't, it'll be next to impossible. You MUST keep track of EVERYTHING you eat. Try writing it down first, but then keep track of it in your head, if you get bored with it. Start reading boxes. 지방 means Fat. You'd be shocked how much fat can be in a few crackers. One candy bar can mean 40% of your fat intake for the day!

DO NOT SKIP MEALS if you can help it. It's all about keeping your body knowing that you're eating, so that it doesn't kick into the "store up fat" mode that is built into our body from hunter days. If you eat small, regular meals, this won't be a problem.
