You seem to want to use the law to your benefit, but break the law when it suits you. If you are adamant about laws, then you should kkep them.

All too true. But in my defense, I object to laws against drugs because they are unjust, and rationally so. The muslim objects to dogs because his imaginary friend tells him to.

I think my position is inherently more legitimate.

Who tells you to do drugs? Where do you get your values? Where does your set if reasoning come from? You have a lot of conviction, what is your authority? What is it that makes you so right?

Here we have two issues.

First, I believe that in both instances the laws are unjust but to varying degrees.

In the Taxi case, the muslim owns his car (or his employer does) and should be able to carry/not carry who he wants. But the Canadian government has dictated that we may not discriminate against people who are disabled. This law I am moderately comfortably with, likely due to 20 years of "tolerant Canada" propaganda.

In my willingness to smoke pot etc we have a similar situation. I own my own body and should be able to put into it whatever I please, provided I harm no other. The Canadian government has decided that, in fact, they own my body and will control what I put into it.

We are getting into the realm of positive/negative rights.

I can make a rational argument that I own my body and thus ought to control it. The muslim just wants the government to appease his stupid beliefs. And since I have a raging bias against islam, I do not support his case.

I actually like the idea of a Canada where blind people get a taxi and where I can smoke a joint. It seems like it would be a nice place to live. But I'm not a religious nut. So, take it for what it is.

If the muslim wants to live in a place where being a total jerk is acceptable, he can move to a muslim country. Or France. He can leave Vancouver.

I prefer a world where the Muslim cab driver picks up me, the blind man and his dog, pulls out his hooka and gives us a big bong hit while he lets us share the fare.

Sadly my friend, it just seems too good to be true.
