Howdy,
I would like to make mandu at home. Can anyone suggest some good fillings that they have prepared themselves? Thanks!

You can always make some mandu with some kimchi, pork or beef, nangmyun noodles...
Cut it up very thin and mix it with egg. |

When making mandu, you gotta make sure the filling is as dry as possible. The meat can be used as is, but you gotta squeeze the water out of the tofu, cabbage, etc... |
