Always been curious if Korean-American/Korean-Canadians notice if there are significant or minor differences regionally between Gyopos who grow up in say Los Angeles or New York or Toronto or Seattle or wherever else.

Do they seem different? How so? Etc.

Basically the ones from California suck, the rest are cool. That's been my general finding.

The larger the Korean community, the bigger the chip on the shoulder. There's a huge difference between gyopos from LA and, say, Chicago.

agreed the LA Gypos I've met have had a bad attitude everytime....I'm sure that there's lots of nice LA Gyopos that but they are hard to find....makes me wonder about the community there though...

The ones from LA are very clique-y.

I'm from NY, we're much cooler.

But there is one common trait concerning all the gyopos, which i won't state here.

according to some psychologists, people project their insecurities on others. so when a korean says "it must be so easy for you to get a job, because you speak english" it may have something to do with difficulty in getting a job for that person as well.

so according to that example, perhaps the "p.enis envy" you speak of, is in fact a reflection of your own p.enis envy. perhaps of african americans? i know this is quite common in caucasian culture to be jealous of african americans in that way.

you silly she male. projecting your own insecurities on others, just reveals more about yourself. quite an interesting mindset you have. i suppose you think about this quite often. unfortunately, you have no one to project an intelligence complex on.

Hey JAD, when does the Fall term begin? That MBA program you're enrolled in should be keeping you really busy, shouldn't it?
