I have just moved into an apartment and all the computer settings are in Korean...I have no idea how to change the settings on Windows to English, or even if it is possible...could anyone tell me if it is possible?
Thanks |

Sorry but it's not possible. You'll have to get an English version of Windows |

It's probably a Korean version of windows, which you can't change to English.
You can probably change the language of the web browser and email client, or download some new ones.
Download some free free virus and adware in English to.
The experts in the tech. forum will be able to advise better. |

Yeah, you can't turn Korean Windows into English Windows. I imagine the reason probably has more to do with copyright issues than technical restraints. |

This computer is supplied to you by your school for use in your apartment? Keep it Korean, I use Korean windows every day and don't really speak or read Korea, but know how to work a computer. It's the same, but just not in English. It can be tough if doing technical systems things, but no problem just to use it for everyday use.
Yea, it's true there is no setting the language of your choice, each copy of Winblows only has one language. (To reduce piracy) Argggh! Microsoft does a number on us again.... |
