The LG shop across the street from the Home Plus usually has some OK used ones for 30-50k won.

If you have your ARC and bankbook they can put you on a monthly plan.
If you only have your passport you can get a pay-as-you-go card phone.

I have and old KTF flip phone, crappy batteries x 2, charger, works though.

I have an old LG Phone
- I think its only in Korean.
-one battery
-no charger
-slightly damaged - Cracked case but is 100% operational

5,000 won

I live in Youngtong, suwon.

Why not just give the dude the phone? Or are you planning on buying six Thai Chili Sauce McNuggets and a Coke or something?

Because I am planning on buying six Thai Chili Sauce McNuggets and a Coke later tonight (gonna treat my new girlfriend - she has been looking forward to the Thai cuisine I told her about all week - wish me luck, lads! Tonight may finally be the night we do the bbo bbo!).

For the record - I got a new mobile yesterday from SK with an automatic debit contract for 40,000krw. No line rental and no bs.

Hey, i've been thinking of upgrading my phone too. Do you mean you bought the phone for 40,000 won, or your monthly contract is 40,000/month?

What model of phone did they give you?
