...mmm, hm. Ya'll know the rest.

So my question is how does someone report a hakwon with illegal hiring procedures? Yes, I know that many hakwons have illegal, "tourist" teachers until they can get them on a visa-run but what about when they've already been busted once and they're doing it again?!!! Not to mention...you know, they like to make foreign teachers' lives a living hell.
