|
I'm in Seoul looking for an apartment and I'm a little unsure what the best way to go about it is. I"m looking for either a large studio or a one bedroom with at least some sort of furnishing. I have a place for the time being so I could hold off for a few months if I had something good lined up. My budget is around 500,000.
I figure if anyone has a place and would be leaving in the next few months we could work out a deal for me to take over the apartment and buy some of their stuff. I am looking in Dongjak-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Yongsan-gu or Gwanak-gu (or depending on the place somewhere nearby)
Any one moving out of a decent place in the next few months, or have any advice for me?
Thanks |

How about www.edenrealty.co.kr? Not exactly on your doorstep though. |

For key money I have not too much right now, if something came up in a few months I could swing 5 -7 million. |
