I don't know about statewide but Western New York has some pretty hideous people in general. The people at Bills game are not a sight for sore eyes (unless you like seeing a lot of mullets and really, who doesn't?).
The few attractive people who are there don't stay. If you're wondering why, check out this video. Niagara Falls seriously must have some of the worst roads in the rich world.
