And they say there are no drugs in Korea. Yeah right. I actually worked with a couple of Korean girs in 2000, who openly talked about getting stoned at work in the teachers' room. They smoked pot and drank like fish.

For all the anti-drug stuff in Korea, I've never smelled more pot out on the street than in Korea. Even in my little neighborhood last year, I'd be walking down the street and just get a huge whiff of it from some undisclosed location. Even in my little college town, I never smelled that much pot just walking down the street. Granted that's probably because cops in America actually know what it smells like...

What you're smelling isn't ganja, but it does resemble it...I noticed the same thing 11 years ago when I first came here.
