Does this title make sense?
I'm about to recontract my apartment but my employment contract expires 6 months later. The new apartment contract is for a year.
A Korean friend told me that if you have to leave before the end of your housing contract they just hold your key money until someone else decides they want your apartment. My building is really popular so I doubt it will be a problem.
Was my friend giving me good advice anyone else done this before? |
