Watching a silly infomercial on male enhancement.
Yes, I'm insomniac and watch too much late night TV.
Anyone use this? Any success? Do tell.

IOW, you are in the market and want a testimonial from a satisfied customer before springing for this particular product. Right?

Amazing that in this day and age one would think such a thing.

"But they said it works on the teevee!"

Pumps actually do have a temporary effect in terms of size, but nothing permanent.

if you download a documentary series called "a girl's guide to 21st century sex" (it's not pornographic....it's informative), there's an epeisode where they test out three products....i think one guy did a cream, one guy did a pump, and the other guy did some kind of stretcher?? anyway, i think the stretching gadget turned out to be the most effective. the cream did nothing. i'd have to watch it again to remember exactly what the growth was, but it wasn't much, anyway.

Pumps and stretchers are pretty dangerous, and really should not be bought and sold at all. I make fun of those jiggly ab belts on Korean TV all the time, but when I went back home this summer I remembered just how bad informercials can be. All kinds of diet pills, male enhancement products, muscle builders, and, yes, even jiggly ab belts. Why isn't that better regulated? If a product is a sham, and if it may even be harmful, how on earth are commericals for it allowed to air, with nothing more than size 4 disclaimers pasted at the bottom of the screen? It's embarassing.

That's kind of their "out". If you rub something on your rumpus baton (or better yet get someone else to do it), there is a very good chance it will grow.

To the OP, I do believe they can advertise and get away with it, even if it has no effect. Years ago the FDA would crack down on stuff like that but then congress passed a law that let's the alternative health industry get a free pass. As long as they don't say it will do something directly. "Cures cancer." But they can make claims that it promotes or aids, even if they have no medical evidence.

Basically the DSHEA passed in 1994 allows companies to make almost any claim short of calling it a cure.

"Under DSHEA products could be labeled with claims that they either enhance, improve, or support a biological structure or function without any FDA oversight."

Twisted Evil Texan, thank you. And not so much a concern as curiosity.
I could have asked about weight loss, fitness, colon cleansing, anxiety, depression, etc.
That just happened to be the infomercial invading my living room at the time.

Here's some fodder: If I were successfully 'enhanced,' I'd be dangerous. Razz
