Hey everyone,

Does anyone know where I can get a Sony laptop repaired in Seoul?

Hey - I'm interested too. I have a VAIO that works okay except that it refuses to recognize the battery ( I have two and they are both new). I think something is wrong in the power supply.

I know exactly where you can go:

Yongsan has a repair facility, describing how to get there is pretty hard as it is in the basement of one of the buildings there.

In Apujong-dong they have one which is easy to get to...it is located on the street corner near the TGI Friday and Bennigans.

Beware, if your computer is past the warrenty date Sony charges a crapload to get their stuff fixed. I ended up buying a new computer because of the outrageous amount they wanted to fix my notebook.

umm, can you try a brief discription? i can ask around if i can't find it, so long as i'm in the general vicinity....

-yet another one with a sony laptop battery issue
