I just saw an interesting post in the Foreigners with Kids thread about a website I wanted to visit - www.alternativeradio.org - and I'm reminded that my school internet is cleanpass blocked from visiting certain sites. A lot of these sites are really wholesome or even useful.

Anyone know how to unblock the block?

You could setup a VPN.

You could use a webbased proxy.

You could try running TOR or Ghost Surf

ask the teacher who is incharge of your school's computers if they could allow it.

I remember when all this school banning websites started, they banned yahoo.com - I had that fixed in about 15mins.
