| So little drops of water fly out from under the air condition where the air is blowing out-. Thought it was just condesation at first- but it actually drips. Is this in any way normal? Anything I can do or just get the school to take care of it? |

The AC's in Korea usually have hoses hooked up to them that either drain into a bucket that needs to be emptied once inawhile, or the hose just sticks out of a hole in the window to drop on unsuspecting people walking on the street below. It might be a spill tray overflowing into the air intake, which would need to be emptied, or a student pulled on the hose and disconnected it a little bit. If none of those things work then maybe tilt it up a little so that the water runs out the back. |

It can happen if the drainage hose is sitting to high, ie. water has to run slightly uphill to get out.
I had the same problem. It took the Samsung repairman 5 visits, 3 huge chips out of my wall, and 2 new black hammer marks on my ceiling to fix it.
Also, check to see if the drainage hose is at least completely level all the way to where the water comes out. If there is even a slight up-grade, the water will back-up and you'll get the drip. |
