Do Koreans make you feel used for English?

If your Korean is better than a Korean's English, it would only make sense that you are compelled to speak Korean for convenience. But Koreans will continue to inconvenience the other by speaking in English even though the other person can speak Korean better than a Korean can speak English. Anyway, do you feel used for English by Koreans?

In that case you also forgot the "hardly ever", "almost never", "not really too often" and "pretty much all the time with a few exceptions" options.

I feel thread #3 coming on.
