OK, so, first day back to school after summer vacation. I turn on my computer and find that ALL of my bookmarks are missing! Totally gone, and empty.
I pretty sure no one has touched my computer over vacation, and everything else is exactly how I left it, no missing files or anything.
Does anyone know anything about firefox? Where are the bookmarks saved to? |

It may be that the computer was opened with a new profile. |

| i have had my Mozilla bookmarks deleted twice and discovered that it only happens if i don't properly shut down my computer.so use the good old start menu shut down thing and it shouldnt happen............i think |

| I'm using a firefox addon called gmarks it can back up all your firefox bookmarks to your google bookmarks. |
