I'm seriously depressed! I lived here two years ago, and I really don't remember there being this much rain. June and July were rainy, August was really hot and occasionally rainy, and September onwards was really nice with a few storms.

Since the start of July it's been pretty much rain rain rain rain rain rain rain other than about 10 days at the end of August. When's it gonna end??To top if off, it's bloody cold all of a sudden. Is it gonna be like when Winter turned into Summer in about 2 weeks this year? 4 Seasons my hole.

I left my home country because it rained non stop and now I'm getting the same crap here. I jokingly told my students I'm sad and I want to go home cos of the rain but I may actually follow through.

P.S. If one more person tells me they like the rain I'm gonna murder them. Evil or Very Mad

In my four and a half years here this is the worst period of weather I have seen. It just won't stop. I am sure I have drank a lot more recently because of the weather.

So if Rain sings in the rain, do the lyrics change from:

"I'm singin in the rain" to

"Rain is singin in the rain, I'm singing in myself"

It has been pretty grey this summer. I hope it means a mild winter as well. I don't want a repeat of that near-Canadian weather we had a while back

I love the rain, too. Can't get enough. Thunder and lightning? Even better!

I think last year's rainy season was MUCH worse. At least in Yeosu, this year we had some days of dryness during the rainy season; last year, it rained every single day for two months.

It is depressing, but it makes it easier to sleep off those last 6 weeks.

Yea, all this rain makes me want to sleep in every morning and difficult to get up. I can see it's taking a serious toll on peoples mentality and morale, even Korean people. It is not normal for it to be raining like this, I was told today by a Korean teacher it should be sunny, mild, and very pleasant right now.

I am wondering when one of those typhoons is to arrive here. I have a hunch it probably won't this year, but I could be wrong about that. Darn, so much for a free day off work to just hide out in the apartment.

I look forward to pleasant sunny balmy weather this January and February in SE Asia.

I prefer the rain to the humid heat.

This summer was weak. That makes me happy.
