Well, very soon I am beginning a long diet. I lift fairly regularly but I took some time out this year and ate too much. I was wondering if anyone has tried going low carb in Korea? It seems fairly difficult to do. Anyone have any experience/

I have been eating low carb for over a year. It is fairly easy as long as you don't eat out too much. Once you get used to eating this way it is pretty easy to follow. I hav lost around 18 kg myself eating this way and workign out with short but intense weight workouts and almost no cardio.
