Recruiter tells me that: it is a public school located Jeungpyeong, in the Chungbuk province or maybe Chungcheongbuk-do?

I thought that all public schools were done hiring yet I still see adverts out there for public school positions.

There is a shortage of teachers for the public schools. Even good universities sometimes don't find people right on time. As for the place, the chances are very, very slim anyone has. Try to get in touch with the previous teachers!

Thanks, yeah I asked if I could speak to an English teacher that is currently working there. I had a phone interview today (through a different recruiter) with a man who apparently works at the Board.

Thanks for the feed..

I can't answer your question about the school, but I can clarify one thing...it's either Kyeungsangbukdo or Gyeungsangbukdo, (depending on who you talk to, but never C....

Daego and Andong are cities within this province.

It's in a town called Jeungpung-eup, in Jeungpung county, Chungcheongbuk-do. The school's website, http://www.hshs.hs.kr , doesn't seem to be working. The town itself had a population of 28,367 at the last census. The county's English page is here: http://www.jp.go.kr/jp_english.html Looks pleasant, and looks like the nearest city is Cheongju.
