I can't get itunes to work on my laptop. I downloaded it and installed it fine, but when I try to run it it doesn't work. This is for a PC, not a Mac. Any suggestions ? |

On the last page of the installation process, did you answer "yes" to, 'take me to the Itunes store'?
If not, then the process was not complete, as far as I can guess. After clicking 'yes', You will then be able to click 'done'. |
