When it was new, it was marketed as �digital�, but in fact it�s the opposite aspect that appeals these days. The DW-8000 is a digital-analog hybrid: an analog synth engine with a digital interface, sandwiched between digital sampled waveforms and a digital delay.

If you�re looking for something equivalent to a do-everything modern Casio, or for heavy piano-style keyboard action, this isn�t for you, but if you�re already somewhat into electronica and want a highly programmable synth with a great-sounding analog filter stage, you might be interested.

I just reinstated the presets via Midi SYSEX. Comes with a power cord (it�s 110 volts btw), stand and (photocopied and bound) owner�s manual.

Own a piece of history for only 120k! Compare that with completed ebay auctions and you�ll find that�s cheap!
