yeah i knew this girl who 'tried' being a lesbian for awhile. but she said dealing with girls' possiveness and general drama was unbearable...funny though, i thought sexuality was based on sexual attraction, not mental rational...
anyways, i don't think i could ever give up men, but if i'm gonna watch porn or something its the girl who turns me on, not so much the guy.
girls are beautiful, men arent really hot until they show their personalities
also, they say everyone is gay, its just a matter of what percent gay you are. I would give myself maybe 20%...but prolly wouldnt act on it..just find women more fun to look at than men |

I don't know, I think it's a little of both. I've dated guys, I've dated girls. I'm sexually attracted to both, but generally I find guys much easier to deal with in relationships, so I tend to date men much more frequently. Also, it's harder to pick up on lesbians; they're a bit harder to pick out of a crowd. |

I can relate. I love looking at girls and occasionally petting them, but I just couldn't see myself dating one. Too... samey? |

| Hey, men have their problems but so do women. Life won't be better as a lesbian. If you are having problems over and over with men then the common denominator in the situation is you. You are the one who chooses who you are, how you think, what guys you decide to date. The same thing could happen with the women. I am surely plenty of gay men do all kinds of bad things just like plenty of gay women do. They just have sex differently. You might be trying to hard, you need to change how you deal with men and the kind of men you are trying to meet. If you are getting more of the same, that means you are refusing to see somethings that need to be changed with your life, because it is hard to admit sometimes we've hit a dead-end and to make some major life changes and being a lesbian isn't one of them...Many men out there will use you for their needs, and the ones who won't you have to figure out who they are.... Those who go way out of their way to show they are great guys might be carrying a big red flag... |

It can't be that it's not biological. I would have a field day changing lesbian attitudes to me if it were merely psychological. Married men tend to become a little bit lesbian, often in the kitchen, voice turning 'camp' because of the kids, doing stuff with them that was traditionally one women's role. One look at my life would prove that I were almost a woman - minus the extraordinary pains and altered consciousness (no, men feel that too) of childbirth I'm everything there. My pen1s is just an extension of my 잠지. Sorry. It's pretty plain to see. Gender is blurred. So, where is the need for a conscious choice? Someone would have to just know she was her right choice of partner.
I still don't get it. Perhaps that's okay because in the same way I don't understand punk rockers, or champagne party rich-kids.
I think Princess is a guy, maybe a sexy guy, who wants to suggest something that only eats at mens' d1cks - ie A proposition that only a guy would fall for. |

I see that a lot where I live. It's either that type, or before they marry, the ultra aggressive machismo type who gets their kicks off of trying to run people off the road. Neither one is particularly attractive to me. |

One's sexuality can be anywhere on the scale from totally straight, to a little curious, to only doing certain acts, to being 100% gay. But I remember seeing a talk show, Tyra Banks, about how annoyed lesbians are with "straight" girls who go to the clubs or try to get in with the lesbian community for experimenting. Many of the "straight" or "curious" girls will flirt with becoming a lesbian but often are nothing more than teases to "real" lesbians and usually end up going back to men in the end.
Of course some girls are legitimately curious but the lesbians were saying that so many of the supposed "curious" girls are there for the novelty of it and for the attention, but that deep down they have no intention of being/becoming lesbian. If thats the case for the OP then I would say leave the lesbian thing alone - very few lesbians, if any, want someone to "experiment" with only to be left with a broken heart. |

You first.
I've had several lezzie-couple friends over the years. the happy, well-adjusted ones seemed to be playing the role game: that is, one plays the "man," and the other the "princess." Every couple I met that had a rough time at it were both 'fem' types or vice versa. |

Princess,
its not men or women, its YOU. I actually have trouble imagining anyone tolerating you for more than a week. |
