Yes! The troop surge is working and peace is breaking out in Iraq!

http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/americas/6986461.stm

Oh, but wait! The Iraqis disagree and want the US out now?

http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/middle_east/6983841.stm

Who should I believe?

Option 3 is a bit (deliberately?) ambiguous.

Not enough options for me to vote.

how about E. If anybody other than the Yanks had planned this, it would probably have been over by now. Ergo, well planned and legitimate.

Whoa, now that's a new one. How old are you Mcgarrett? Did you learn that off one of the kids today?

You know a plan? Like the ones you do for school, but a little more complicated and involving millions of people, and killing innocent people and locking others up without trial. Ergo, hardening anti western opinion in the middle east leading to more bloodshed and because there is no plan this escalates and more innocent people die and any allies that America did have scoot, leaving them wallowing in their own self made mess. They scoot because they realise that the states has no idea what it's doing, and are just randomly shooting people and getting killed themselves for no reason. All in the name of a christian crusade by a president who gets his orders off God. Who 'believes' a hell of a lot of stuff, but seems to be sadly lacking in 'believing' in reality.

Mosley, what is this exactly? Laughing Laughing Laughing To me that looks like a lip that has gone into spasm. you seem to post that a lot. I'd get that checked out if I were you.

The real cause of terror is that mideast regimes and elites encourage it.

First off, I don't teach kids like you. Second, that expression has been around a while. Why, I'll bet it's even older than the canker sores on your samesaid weed whacker.

oh my days, I'm being ganged up on by the Yanks. And they're using purile language to mock me. Which is really showing their IQ. Well done. Back slapping all round.

Steve McGarrett eructated:

Quote:
If you examine surveys of the top 500 universities you will find even more American universities listed, thus negating your assumption. Incidentally, all three that I attended are in the top 75; two in the top 20 worldwide.

Keep drawing those stick figures for your next avatar, Dome Vans.

You'll make it out of the beginning drawing class eventually. Not so sure about social studies class, however. That might require retaking the GRE.

Sorry was that put down? You keep using those three 'qualifications' you've got and put them to good use, mind.

Come on, Steve. We all know that you wouldn't be in Korea if you weren't rejected by your glorious home nation. Your insults to Dome Vans are something I'd expect of an elementary school student. Come back sometime in the future when some kind of technology allows you to increase your brain power.

And had it been better planned and executed and over by now, would you have whined less?

No, I don't think so.

Dome Vans: Thank you for this opportunity to introduce you to the age of cyberspace. They are called emoticons. The ones I used indicate ''laughing.'' I posted after steve so...wait for it...I was laughing at his post. Ergo, I was laughing at YOU.

Allow me a little background info for the benefit of you and the dwindling number of your comrades. You see, during my first go-around on this peculiar peninsula it was pretty much Joo & I who fought the good fight against the enemies of freedom & democracy on this forum. After I came back, it was a pleasant discovery to find that the tables had very much turned and I am now on the majority side. Ergo, you pseudo-Socrates, I need not post much because steve, gopher et al. do more than an adequate job of putting pinheads in their place. But I'm always waiting in reserve! Laughing

Yes, those Yanks do a piss poor job of planning things, don't they?! Unlike the experience of the great socialist societies of the last century. The USSR was great at planning Gulags, secret police, false statistics of output("Gosplan"), etc. They weren't great at actually producing consumer goods, in a resource rich country, in quality or quantity (vodka being an exception in quantity) for the proles and peasants.

BTW, I'm Canadian and I believe BJWD is too.
