Yes, they were compensated. The purpose of the law is to prevent 'retribution.'

Dude, this forum is being spammed by low-lifes with nothing better to do than whine about American atrocities/oppression/evil. It's getting really friggin' old. My point is that these people are lazy fools if they cannot back up a single claim from any one of their posts with a single credible link.
