New Visa Rules for Foreigners
In an attempt to stop the influx of crack smoking, girl stealing, grossly unqualified English teachers coming into the country, the Korean government has decided that from next year, all foreigners must be Korean. Said one drunk Korean governmental worker,
�We�ve found that the best foreigners are those that were either born here or those that have lived here all their lives, therefore, from now on, anyone applying for an E-2 visa must be Korean.�
The British embassy refused to comment, declaring it was not policy to get involved in the international affairs of other countries when affecting British citizens who lived there.
Cycling for Everyone
In response to the first open amateur Korean bike race being won by Mick Dundee, a 34 year Australian English teacher who cleverly disguised himself as a Korean cyclist by wearing a bright red Ferrari sponsorship outfit and having legs like a little girl, the Korean Cycling Association has announced that next years race will be held behind closed doors. Mr. Kim, the director of Korea Go Sports stated that. �In an attempt to make the race fairer for Korean�s, only Korean�s will now be able to enter.� Asked if he thought this message might somehow be seen as racist by the rest of the world, Mr. Kim, insisted on only answering questions in Korean, by a Korean.
Korean Times/Herald
The Korean Herald and the Korean Times have announced that in order to better serve the foreign community living here in South Korea, they will from next month only be reporting in Korean. �We feel that this will help foreigners feel more at home� said editor-in-chief, Mr. Kim. Although it is believed the decision may affect sales numbers, foreign media analysts have pointed out the fact that both papers are shit so it should not matter. |

It's slightly witty at best and if I were you I'd correct the items I bolded. How's it gonna look if you're taking the piss out of Koreans and do not know how to use an apostrophe, having graduated from a/an [insert your nationality's name] university?
I suspect editor-in-chief and government may require capital letters as well, but I'm not 100%. |

Government doesn't, and editor-in-chief should only be if it's a title. The OP avoids this using a comma, but is possibly lacking a "the." |

Use the carriage return once in a while.
