Anyone have any suggestions? There are millions of them. I would like to get the best rates possible. Don't live in Seoul, so that is not an option for me right now. Don't read Korean yet, so buying one at a local store is also not an option. Help!
Also, I need one with no toll charges from my Ulsan cell phone. Is that possible?
Finally, anyone want to buy me a great one in Seoul and send it? Of course, I will wire the money to your account, provided you are not a thief? How will I know? Oh, well, God takes good care of me

Dude, you don't need to read Korean to use a international calling card. |

As long as its pc to pc, u can use this program www.skype.com and its free. It has the best quality from my experiene.
If you want to call a landline or cell phone you can pay with your credit card. You can buy 10 or 25 dollars worth at a time. About 2 or 3 cents per minute if calling North America. |
