Is there a thread with all the details for a visa run leaving from Busan? And, how do I get the blue form?

Yes, dear, I did do a search. I still have no idea about the blue form I need. 
I need a KISS step by step guide. Us adjummas need to be lead at times.

Thanks, but as I mentioned in my previous email, I have done a search. However, I have yet to find out any info about the blue form I need. That is why I posted. I thought someone could tell me what is is.
