Big thanks to Horangi Munshin for sharing the Cha-rye pictures.

I checked the names of some things that sounded a bit weird when they were translated into English - and actually the 조기 fish is Yellow Corvina, not Corrina, as is printed on the pictures. I have never heard of that fish anyways, but just so you know!

For fish geeks, here's an informative link to the Yellow Corvina: http://www.invil.org/english/speciality/seafood/fish/contents.jsp?con_no=23736&page_no=1 Wink

BUMP! Does anyone have any more ideas. The 5th grade ES textbook is about CHuseok in Lesson 10, but the stuff the book provides is really boring. Any ideas how to spice it up?

Does anyone have a link to that Mr. Bean and the turkey thing? It's hilarious and I could use it for Continuous Verb Tenses practice.

but i honestly have no idea what to teach the students seeing how they'd be too excited to pay any attention.

I have the Mr Bean clip where he tries to stuff a turkey and then gets it stuck on his head. Was that the one you were thinking of?

LOL yes I finally found it! but its on youtube.com
I wonder if I should use it?
I have to teach something new tomorrow and I got nothing planned.

You can download "the best of mr bean" from limewire. There you will find this episode; however, it is just a short 10 minute clip, not the full episode.

The clip you are talking about is in the middle of Episode 7 Merry Christmas Mr Bean ... I have almost all of the episodes and have used some in my Middle School class ... Mr Bean is without a doubt the highlight for the students of my classes last semester ... They would love to have him all the time .. so I ration it ...
