Just like the topic, do korean citizens need a passport to go to Japan?
And how long does it take to make one?
I heard it only takes about one day to complete but I don't really trust that...
If you can let me know I would really appreciate it ^-^

Of course they need a passport to go to Japan, unless you truly do believe that Japan belongs to Korea?

hehe thank you. I know it sounds like a stupid question but its better to ask than to assume, right? also do you know how long it takes them to make a passport? I know in Canada it takes at least two weeks, and thats if you pay more.

What are you planning to do? Abduct a Korean and take them to Japan? Let your Korean friend figure it out for themselves! The passport office has a phone number. The passport office speaks Korean. Your Korean friend has phone AND speaks Korean. Match made in Heaven!!!

It takes at least a week to get a Korean passport done and in the really busy times longer....

If you are going for Chuseok it is too late probably.

What about a visa? Passport, of course. Visa? Americans don't.

Koreans don't need a visa for Japan anymore..

They did up till the expo(2005) in nagoya and since then they have been visa-free.
