No, he hadn't. He involved himself in a little intellectual dishonesty of his own. He dug up a defense piece and sarcastically pretended it was what I had posted previously. Are you just dense and not getting that Joo intentionally did that, or are you being intellectually dishonest AGAIN?

Because I was amazed at how lazy (and as I admitted in the PM, THAT doesn't qualify as intellectually lazy, but it is lazy nevertheless) you can be.

Umm he did? No he didn't. He posted the article. He didn't pretend it was the one you had posted before. He asked you if that was the one you were talking about. Perhaps you're reading a little too much into things.  |

You have no idea what the term means, lazy bum. Let me explain it to you. To be intellectually lazy means to not check something out, make an assumption without checking, etc. It does not mean to simply not do something. Since I had already posted it, I simply told Rhhee this so he could find it and read it. My post to him was simple and clear. It was not testy, nor was it a rebuff. It was nothing more than letting him know the info was here already.
Rhhee is one of the most bizarre characters on these forums, but he is the only one of the C/N-C's I have even the slightest respect for, so I have no reason to tweak his nose, so to speak.
You have provided an excellent example of what intellectually lazy means. You made an assumption of my intent that was incorrect. You then characterized my actions as something they weren't without making any attempt to determine what my actions actually were. Had you accused me of being lazy, you could have at least made a viable argument. Sadly, you were too intellectually deficient.

For people who actually want to learn new things when they come on this board, you are dead weight.
Its not about you. Its about maintaining the custom of linking to sources, which is a healthy custom. One thing I like about Joo is that he often links to sources. IGTG takes the effort to link, too.
*sighs* Yeah, yeah, I'm persecuting you because I'm a neo-con. Well, I'd gladly shut my trap if you just linked a little more often. |
