|

Hey everyone,
I start teaching the "Intermediate" Level teachers at my school this afternoon. I have written a short quiz to get a feel for the general level of the class as I have only really conversed with a few teachers and get the sense that intermediate can mean a range of things. Has anyone seen a good, short placement test out there that I can use as a guideline for my test? Again, I am just trying to find out what the average English level is for teachers who have been labeled as "intermediate" so I can have some idea where I should start from next class.
Thanks!

Here's a link to one for use with a picture. You just ask the questions regarding the picture and level the students/teachers.

I have a free one on my community site click below. TEST YOURSELF. More for middle and higher level students and wish that the listening part wasn't first. Still, it works....

Beautiful. Now I remember you presenting this at the SMOE Orientation. Should work quite nicely.
Thank you! |
