Has anyone used a Thailand ATM/debit card with international logo in Korea? The bank advises it should work, but I would like to hear the same from someone who has actually done it. Thanks.

My card from Nonghyup worked in Bangkok and on Koh Phangan. But the reports of Korean international bank cards working overseas are inconsistent. Have a backup.

Yes, I know all too well about that, but I am looking to do it the opposite way - using a Thai ATM/debit card with international logo in Korea.

Ahhh --- sorry misread it. My Thai ATM card worked in Laos, Malaysia, and Cambodia. Don't see why it wouldn't work here, but there's no money in there for me to try.

Thanks for that. I think mine will, too, but I'd sure like to read that someone has actually done it. Once burned and all that stuff....
