Supposing you are not trolling, you'd be crazy to have a breast reduction in Seoul. Look at the population here. They're all getting augmentations, so your surgeon will not have had any practice with reduction - which is more complicated. That's an operation you're almost certainly better off having done in the West. After all, you'll have to live with the results for the rest of your life, so you'd better make sure those results are going to be good.

And what do you know, nitwit?

I intend to have the operation myself one day, perhaps when I'm in my late thirties, or later in my forties and I'm done with babies and breastfeeding.. I have done a lot of research on it, and I know it is a much trickier operation than a breast augmentation. There is much more risk of complication, and there is more chance of them looking badly done than in the case of breast augmentation. It is very important that the OP uses a surgeon with the proper experience. Look around Seoul. Do you see any women with very large breasts? In my 3 or so years there, I never met a Korean women with anything more than medium breasts. How does a Korean surgeon get the experience he needs to deal with big breasts? The OP needs to be very careful. She also needs to consider that she may need 2 or so weeks off work, and that she'll need someone to tend to her in that time. She would be better off getting it done at home near her family, with a surgeon who has performed on numerous large bosoms in his/her time.

The BBC did a documentary where they focused on three women. One woman just had some body image issues and ended up modeling
bras. One woman decided to diet and exercise with a good sport bra. The third looked into surgery, but decided to wait.

I'm not saying some women need it, but I think it is an oversold surgery.

Redbook had an article that said that 80% of women wear bras that don't
fit properly. Maybe buying the right bra is a better option. Could you get insurance to cover that?

My stepsister had the surgery. I'm not rude enough to tell her,
but I think she should have just lost weight. She now looks like
a blob with no breasts to give her an hourglass shape.

Damn, I saw the subject line and got all excited. Photos? Laughing

Seriously though, breast reduction surgery in Korea? In case you haven't noticed, most Korean women don't have *beep*...wrong country to get the procedure done.
