Those funsters that everyone loves to hate are at it again. Yes it's the Korean police.
Fresh from hassling DDD workers, GI's trying to get a taxi, and English Teachers trying to make a buck, this time their beating up some poor dude who just wants to take a piss.

Though I don't condone the beating of a handicapped person, Korean protestors know no boundaries.
Only 25 or so years after a protest turns into a bloodbath, I thought they'd be more careful.
The mistake of these protestors is expecting better than 3rd world conditions out of 우리 나라 |

| I didn't see anyone who didn't deserve it getting roughed up, but maybe I need to watch the video again. Korean protesters are notorious for their persistence and brutal tactics. I think they often give as good as they get back from the riot cops. |

Man, we must have been watching different videos. The one I saw had people trying to break into a building and then resisting arrest.
Now, they may have had good reasons for being unhappy with the toilet conditions of the place, but is breaking in the door and wrestling with police officers the best way to go??
Being handicapped does not give license to break the law. I'm sure there could have been less violent ways to go about this. |

| Agree with above. No matter how aggrieved the protesters felt, they did use force to gain access to the place and vandalised the premises with graffiti. Then there is the issue of bringing kids to the action. Not cool. |

| You know, for however ridiculous Korean protesters can appear, at least they have the nerve to go out and get their nuts crushed for something they believe in. Gotta give them that, even if they do look SPARKLING while doing so. |

Did you guys ever hear about those cops who shoved a broom up some Haitian guy's ass? The guy was bleeding and was hospitalized for two months... only in Korea...

| NYPD would have handled these clowns in under 10-15 minutes. No problems at all. Would have thrown em' all in the paddy wagon. It looks as if they were trying to help a man up wheelchair who was in the middle of the crowd. |

Sure, protesting is a sport. What are they protesting here though? They want accessible toilets in public buildings. That's a cause worth fighting for. I think you'll find accessible toilets on that campus soon. |

Not quite. Money that WOULD HAVE been earmarked for such a project will now be redirected to projects designed to repair damage to the doors and whatnot a bunch if idiots destroyed to protest the toilets. |
