Who will win the NFC? It is early but the NFC looks like a mess and it will probably be another Super Bowl vicotry for the AFC. Amazingly Detroit is 2-0. That is hard to believe. I think the 49ers may do well and get a first round bye but I think that they will face the fate that many previous inexperienced playoff teams have and lose their first game in the playoffs.
So who is your favorite to win the NFC? What teams will make the playoffs? |

Hmmm Cowboys, Packers Niners all 2-0 and OJ is in jail...
...are we sure it aint 1994?
way too early to tell whos good.
Green Bay may be for real, they play great D, AJ Hawk is a stud;
Dallas, I'm not sold on that D or Romo just yet;
Detroit, I love that offense but they need a running game;
SF, way too young;
Da Bears, no way
Philly, UGHHHHH!!!!!! I was stupid and took McNabb in fantasy as my starting qb
I dont think the best of the NFC can match with the 6th best team in the AFC right now let alone NE or Indy |

Well the Ravens, Chargers, and or Broncos may not make the playoffs but would probably beat the best of the NFC.
and I don't think Indy will be in the running this year. There D is too weak. Pittsburgh will play New England for the AFC championship. |

Loving the Lions this year. The offense will thrive in year two under Martz, as long as Kitna can stay healthy. The o-line better do what they can to keep him in the pocket and remain healthy. Hopefully once Jones comes back and is healthy enough to play full time, the former Li-downs will finally have a running game to go with the explosive passing game.
I think the NFC might be up in the air this year. Doesn't seem to be a clear cut favorite this early on. The Cowboys look good and might be the strongest of the lot. The Bears have a great day, but as long as Grossman is under center, I don't see that team going too far.
Forward down the field, a Lions victory will not yield, down the field and gain....a Lions victory......GGGGOOOOOO LIONS!!!!!!!!!
Any Lions fans want to get together for a beer and talk Lions football or anything else Detroit(if you're a Detroiter), give me a message. |

I watched Dallas beat my Dolphins and they looked really good. The Dolphins have a good but aging defense, and Dallas just handled them. Romo looked sharp, Marion Barber is a freaking bowling bowl and very hard to take down. TO looked good and so did Jason Witten. I like Dallas to come out of the NFC.
Bears - Grossman just sucks and I don't think they will be in the NFC championship game against the Cowboys.
Tampa Bay - Garcia is a winner, and I think Tampa can make some noise.
Eagles - done.
Carolina - they lost to Houston so the jury is out on them.
San Francisco - give them another year or two and they will be contenders for the NFC crown.
Detroit & Green Bay- the jury is out on these teams.
Washington - I don't buy this team at all. |

I think these 6 (barring any injuries) will be in the playoffs:
Dallas
Seattle
Chicago
Tampa Bay
Philadelphia
and then one of: New Orleans, SF or Carolina |

I don't think that Tampa Bay will make the playoffs. There offense isn't that good. I would go with Carolina over Tampa Bay. |

Not only are they 3-0 but Favre tied Marino for all time TD passes. |

Yes that too....But too much excitement might kill me, so I limited my post to one magnificent thing at a time.
Oh...and the Vikings lost. Ahhh....what a great morning  |
