Teachers and schools, please notice this.

A teacher listing their degree from any of these schools will likely encounter troubles with immigration:

This link allows you to do a US Department of Education SEARCH on any US Postsecondary institution. This will tell you if the school is accredited in the USA, as well as who by and until when. If you are a Korean hagwon hiring someone with a degree from the USA, you should check for their university on this list. In addition, it would be wise to contact that school in order to verify the degree.

*Additional note: Be sure to check and compare the EXACT name and location printed on the diploma. Many fake schools have a similar name to real schools, but the location of the school is different. They do this in an attempt to seem legitimate, when they are not.

Some Korean unis are also refusing to accept Masters degrees from such places as USQ.
