sucks big time!!!! I hate them. Has anyone else ever been annoyed by these gas idiots?????? I was gone last Thursday evening and I suppose other people in the building were also gone. Because I came home and found a note from the gas company saying they were coming again on Friday morning to do a gas check. Friday morning comes and I was on my way out the door when the gas lady knocked. Lucky for her and for me that I didn't miss her. She came in and checked, made sure she had my cell number and left. She also checked the neighbors' gas.
Lo and behold those idiots came to our building this evening and left anothe rnote saying they are coming tomorrow. They just came last week and my place was checked last freaking week!!!!! So why would they come bqack tomorrow? Plus, I leave to go on a trip for Chusok tomorrow and I don't come back until Wednesday. I am expecting to come home with a stupid yellow note on my door and no gas. They will turn your gas off if they come three times and you are not home or don't let them in. What commies!!!! Who the hell sits at home waiting on these idiots to come?????? I don't understand why they would come by 2 weeks in a row either. In all my years here, I've neevr had them check my place two weeks in a row. Morons!!!!
Not to mention, a lot of people will be gone until Wednesday I am sure. |

If their risk assessing has flagged something up (old equipment, escapes in the area, etc) they might just be erring on the side of caution? I work 'in' gas at the moment and when the choice is between inconveniencing someone or an explosion (gas explosions are insane, they made me watch videos!), you can guess what they choose. Or in this case they might just be 'commie gas idiot morons' |

I am sure I'd be dead by now if there was a REAL problem. They should know it's Chusok and many folks aren't going to just sit at home and wait for gas commies. |

They must hate me. They haven't gotten through my door in more than 2 years. I'm there on odd weekends (I work in another city during the week), so unless they come by on a Saturday morning I happen to be in town, they miss me again.
Got a nice collection of those yellow notes on the inside of my door, though.

Don't they ever turn your gas off until you make arrangments for them to come when you are finally home? A few years ago in 2001, those idiots actually turned my gas off because I wasn't home 3 times in a row when they came. DUH!!! Some of us have jobs to go to. A coworker said "Isn't that a little extreme"? I said well, they are gas nazis. |

Nope. The only time my gas has been turned off was when (through their own fault) they didn't withdraw my gas bill from my bank account, and didn't tell me there was a problem. They cut it off for unpaid bills. Idiots. Anyway, it was easy enough to go around and switch it back on myself. |
