Hi, can anybody recommend a good English speaking lawyer? Preferably, I'm looking for someone who has experience in helping teachers who are getting screwed by hagwons. One on Incheon would be ideal, but I'd go to Seoul if I knew I could get help.
I contacted the Canadian embassy, and got a list. However, most on the list don't speak English, and those who do only handle corporate cases.
Thanks,
KN |

The chances of finding an English speaking attorney who will take your case are pretty slim. I recommend checking out www.EFL-Law.com |

Seoul Skye is right. You need to contact EFL Law. Also, try to find more information about "The Labor Board". There have been many posts on here about that place. I think their main purpose is to help teachers in exactly your situation -- and they work!
Many success stories. |
