I don't blame him. He probably couldn't have acted well enough, and wouldn't have suited the part anyway. He may have been a heroine addict, but was no sleaze ball drug dealer.

I used to hang out with the other girl on that sofa. Northern Irish actress, Bronagh Gallagher. She's getting some success as a singer now.

Don't know, Skinny. I don't think she was in LOTR. But she was the pilot of the spaceship carrying Liam Neeson and Ewan Macgregor in the opening scene of The Phantom Menace. She got about 2 lines in that scene before she was vaporized. |

Quite a few people tried out for the main roles.
GW and the C-Man. The couldn't work it around their day jobs.
But my favourites were Dino and Sammy. They would have rocked.
Unfortunately, Dino was a little old and Sammy was a little too dead.
