just a quick note of info to pass on...

the nhl is now streaming teh centre ice package online. it's under 200 dollars for the entire season. i also read that games will be put on a data base for a couple of days or so (like the one the nfl has)

Thanks, I notice that too.

Any idea about quality? Is it a full screen picture, or just a little box?

well, did you have a look at the nhl site recently? like today?

it's now broadcasting centre ice online in a number of countries...including SOUTH KOREA! japan and a few more.

anyways, whatever...i'm just giving u guys a heads up. if you prefer not to get hockey this year then don't sign up. it works. i watched toronto get their nice new RBK jerseys handed to them by buffalo today. good game streaming at a good quality. read up on the site, it's right there in black and white....it also states that south korea is one of the countries you can stream from.

yeah i was doing that last year but the stream often cut out and you never knew if the game you wanted would be on. not to mention that the quality of the stream was pretty weak. plus, it was a huge pain in the arse to record if you wanted to watch later at night. here, according to what NHL centre ice online is saying, they'll be 40 games a week, and the games will be saved for you....all you'll have to do is click on them when you get home. dunno, i just think it makes more sense then going through sopcast or tvu...

that all depends.

would you rather....

A) watch park play 7 minutes a game
or
B) buy a poster of him to stare at for 7 minutes a day?

the questions! the choices! hmmmm....

Dude, you sound all upset they we won't believe you. We were just checking for verification since about 10 days ago the NHL site said it was only available in N. America.

Anyway, thanks for the update.
