Just curious about other people's habits...

I've been wondering what time other people get up for work. At my last job classes started at 10am, which was wonderful. I loved getting up at 9am. But it did make me feel like a slob sometimes.

Now, I have to get up at 7:30am. Which is much too early in my opinion. And it makes the day SO darn long.

So, just taking a poll, cause I'm snoopy and interested. Very Happy

I get up at 8 every day, but I work three days a week: Monday at 11, Tues at 1, Thurs at 12.

Work starts at 9, so I try to get up at around 7:30-8 o'clock.

But it seems to be getting harder and harder to do, not easier...strangee Confused

I wake up naturally at 6:30 (including weekends) but don't start work until 11.

I get to work for 9.30, even if my earliest class doesn't start until 11 on Wednesday and Thursday.

I get up at around 7 - but that's because my daughter wakes up that time and I get up with her.

I come home at around 4, though, and I don't work Fridays, so it's OK.

I wake up naturally on weekdays btween 545 and 630, but just in case, I set the clock for 610am.

I'm up at 630 every weekday. I have to leave my house around 740 or 745 to get to work for 845.
On weekends, however, I'm usually up around 11 or 1130 Smile

Leave for work between 8.30 and 8.50 depending on the day.

I am surprised how many of you work early in the morning... you guys work in a company/uni/hagwon/pub.school??

I'll provide the counter-balance. I wake up around 10-10:30 every day, and I don't go to work until 1:30.

Wow! I get up Mon-Fri at around 7:30, and boy does it suck. But I like finishing work early though. Start early, finish early. Start late, finish late. I used to start late and finish late, and it sucked to be teaching until 10PM too. It makes going out tougher.

I don't see how anyone could naturally wake up at 6:30 everyday. If it weren't for my alarm, I'd never get up. I even slept right through my alarm one morning and had to call and tell them I was going to be late.

I count sleeping as one of my hobbies. I love sleep.

Wow....some of you really get up early! And naturally! Sometimes I wish I got up earlier naturally, but I like the night, and if I wake up too early the day is too darn long.

And yeah, public school is what necessitates the early rising for me.
