Did anyone find their apartment through Gilbert at NearSubway.com?

How was your experience? Would you recommend him? And are the listings on his website reliable and current? (UNLIKE oneroom.com!)

The information doesn't seem to get updated very often, but otherwise I don't know ... Gilbert didn't even get back to me when I told him my budget, and he said it was "rare" for officetels to accept a deposit of 5 million. But you've got 10 million, so hopefully you'll have better luck.

I used him last year, mostly because my girlfriend got tired of dealing with all the 부동산s and having to translate everything into English for me. Give him a call and see what kinds of places he has available.

Had a simliar experience with him earlier this year. If you're looking for something cheap, he thinks you have no money and he can't be bothered.

Update: I managed to get a hold of Gilbert and he helped me get a nice place. He seems to be quite expensive, but then I don't know the going rate for real estate agents. The prices on that site aren't up to date, though ... rents have shot way up since that information was published.
