Seoul City Improv presents its 5th show!!
Improv ala 'Whose Line Is It Anyway?'
Tuesday, October 2nd
10:00pm
Orange Tree
Haebangchon
To get to the Orange Tree:
Go to Noksapeong stn (line 6), go out exit 2, walk down the hill, at the bottom of the hill there will be lots of kimchi pots on your left, keep walking straight (going uphill now), you will get to a little area with bars and restaurants and there is a bar Phillies on the left, and a bar/restaurant Indigo on your right. Go to the second floor of Indigo -- that is Orange Tree. The total walk time from the subway is about 10 mins. The show will be about an hour and 20 mins, with a short intermission.
See you there!

Great to hear about this. Wish I could come, but I live far away from Seoul.
Hey, do you folks use activities from Viola Spolin's "Improvisation for the Theater" to warm up, or is there another book you recommend for whipping improv wanna-bes into shape?
By the way, check out the Seoul Stand-Up Comedy Warm-Up Group:

Why are they on Tuesdays? Is there a problem with having them on, say, A WEEKEND? |
